The Expedition Freeze Dried meals are a convenient and easy way to eat whilst you are out camping, hiking or fishing.They are extremely lightweight and have a shelf life up to 5 years. The high energy packs contain 800 calories per meal.

Preparation:

Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line 5 (440ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

Note: Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
